I have private quick notes disabled, but people can still semd me private qns because I just recieved one. if privates are turned off, I think that that should mean that you can't recieve private qns either. instead of not just being able to send them. now, the person I got the QN from had publics off, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I just feel that the private QN filter should cover sending and recieving, not just sending.
